Having issues with your Bixpy equipment? Not sure where to start? Our Prepaid Diagnostics Package includes our full array of diagnostic testing for your Bixpy motor and/or battery as well as your charger and remote control.

After checkout, you will receive an email from our Support Team within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) with instructions for sending your items in for diagnostics. Please enter your product serial numbers in the order comments at checkout.

Diagnostic testing may include testing of electronic components, cleaning, running equipment on our diagnostic rig and in our testing tank. Package does not include any repair or replacement of issues found during diagnostic testing.

Once we have completed our diagnostics, we will provide a report of our findings and detail your options moving forward.

This package also includes return shipping to you once diagnostics are complete.
