We are thrilled that our customers enjoy our motors and that so many of our earliest models are still going strong out in the wild, years after purchase.

Whether your older units are starting to show signs of wear or age, or you simply want to upgrade to the latest generation of Bixpy products, we proudly offer our Bixpy Buy-Back program to assist in your purchase. Any Bixpy Motor or Power Pack older than the current generation will qualify for 25% off the purchase of new comparable Bixpy equipment when traded in.

How It Works

Send us your info:
Click here to fill out the Buy Back form letting us know about your Bixpy gear. Make sure you include photos and serial numbers of the gear you want to replace!

Get us your gear:
Our Support Team will generally get back to you within one business day and provide you with instructions on how to get us your old gear.

Get your 25% discount:
Once your Buy-Back has been received and processed, we will send you instructions on how to purchase your new gear with a 25% discount.

Photo Requirements

Please attach the following photos before submitting this form. Files can be attached by clicking the paperclip icon within the final text box.
  • Serial number of the product(s) you would like to trade

  • General condition of the product(s)

  • If trading in a motor, include pictures of your mounting adapter so that we can assist in determining whether you will need to purchase a new adapter for compatibility.

  • Qualifying products include:

  • Bixpy J-1 and Bixpy J-2 motors

  • Bixpy PP-333 and PP-378 Generations 1 through 3

  • Bixpy PP-768 - First generation (longer bodies)

  • If you’re not 100% sure what you have, we'll let you know once we have your pictures and serial number.

    Please complete as much of the information requested in the form as possible. The more information we have, the more quickly and accurately we can finalize your transaction and get you on the water with your new gear. It’s important that you complete the form fully and accurately so that your request can be attended to quickly. Failure to answer all the questions may delay your request.
