Shipping & Returns

At Bixpy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our shipping, return, exchange, and refund procedures for products purchased directly from Bixpy through www.bixpy.com. Products purchased through authorized dealers, distributors, retailers, marketplaces, or other third-party sellers are subject to the policies of the original seller. Customers who purchased through a dealer should contact that dealer directly. Bixpy's warranty coverage may still apply where applicable.

United States & Canada

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 USD shipped within the United States, and on orders over $75 USD shipped to Canada. Orders below these thresholds are subject to applicable carrier shipping rates.

In-stock orders are typically shipped within one business day via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, or another carrier selected by Bixpy. Most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times to Canada and certain remote locations may be longer depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

If an item is out of stock, backordered, or otherwise delayed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Signature Confirmation

Orders valued over $300 may require a signature upon delivery. Customers may request that the signature requirement be waived by indicating such request in the comments section during checkout.

If you choose to waive signature confirmation, you acknowledge that once the carrier records successful delivery to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Bixpy cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Signature requirements generally cannot be added or removed once a shipment has been processed by the carrier.

International Orders

For destinations outside the United States and Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, VAT, GST, or other governmental assessments imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing, local carrier operations, and destination-country import requirements.

Please note that many countries outside the United States and Canada are served through authorized Bixpy distributors and dealers. Customers may wish to contact their local dealer before ordering directly from Bixpy.

Express Shipping

Express shipping services are offered subject to carrier availability. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed by the carrier. Carrier delays resulting from weather, holidays, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, labor actions, or other circumstances beyond Bixpy's control are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Customers with urgent delivery requirements are encouraged to contact us before placing an order. Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are generally given priority for same-day shipment. While we will make every reasonable effort to ship express orders received after 12:00 PM Pacific Time on the same day, this cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery performance is largely outside Bixpy's control. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or appears to have been misdelivered, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

Lithium Battery Shipping Notice

Do not ship damaged, defective, swollen, punctured, or non-functioning lithium batteries without first contacting Bixpy.

Shipping damaged lithium batteries may violate transportation regulations and create significant safety hazards. If you believe your battery is damaged or unsafe, contact Bixpy for instructions before shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped can generally be cancelled without penalty. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it becomes subject to this Returns Policy.

Unopened Products

Products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from Bixpy before returning any item.

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • A restocking fee of up to 10%
  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any carrier fees incurred as a result of the order

The application and amount of any restocking fee will be determined by Bixpy based on the condition of the returned product and the circumstances of the return. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

Used Products

Products that have been used, installed, modified, submerged, operated, or otherwise placed into service are generally not eligible for return due to customer preference. Warranty coverage, repair services, and remedies for defective products may still apply where applicable.

Defective or Damaged Products

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or malfunctioning should be reported to Bixpy as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Please contact support@bixpy.com and provide photographs, videos, and a description of the issue.

Bixpy will work with customers to determine whether repair, replacement, refund, store credit, warranty service, or another remedy is appropriate.

Non-Warranty Damage

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions is not eligible for return or refund. Repair services may be available.

Customers should contact support@bixpy.com for diagnosis and repair instructions. Unless otherwise authorized, shipping costs associated with repairs and non-warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by Bixpy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bixpy does not generally provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned products should be packaged securely using the original packaging whenever possible.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Bixpy is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged while in transit to our facility. If a return label is provided through a third-party marketplace or service provider, the cost of that label may be deducted from the applicable refund.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. If possible, inspect both the packaging and product for visible damage within 7 days of receipt. Prompt reporting allows us to work more effectively with carriers and suppliers to resolve issues.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, Bixpy will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, carrier fees, or other authorized deductions will be reflected in the final refund amount.

Sale, Clearance, and Discontinued Products

Sale, clearance, closeout, and discontinued products are generally not eligible for return based solely on customer preference. This limitation does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise qualify for warranty service.

If a product purchased at regular price is discounted by Bixpy within 30 days of purchase, Bixpy may, at its sole discretion, provide store credit equal to the difference in price.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, eligible returns may receive store credit in accordance with this policy. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, any refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser.

Third-Party Products

Certain non-Bixpy products sold through our website may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Warranty claims, technical support requests, defects, returns, and exchanges for such products may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer or supplier in accordance with their policies. Customers should review the applicable supplier policies and contact the supplier directly where required.
