At Bixpy, we design and build products for adventure and stand behind their quality. If a Bixpy product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Bixpy will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or affected component in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws and does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Warranty Coverage Periods
The following warranty periods apply from the original date of retail purchase:

Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility.
What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal recreational consumer use and proper maintenance of the product during the applicable warranty period.
If a covered defect is confirmed by Bixpy, Bixpy will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective product or component with the same or a comparable product; or
- Provide another remedy deemed appropriate by Bixpy.
Replacement products or components may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from replacement, whichever is longer.
What Is Not Covered
Normal Wear and Tear
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, discoloration, corrosion, deterioration from environmental exposure, or other conditions resulting from ordinary use.
Damage Resulting From Misuse
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Abuse or neglect;
- Improper installation;
- Improper storage;
- Failure to follow operating instructions;
- Accidents or collisions;
- Use outside intended product specifications;
- Improper charging or battery handling; or
- Water intrusion resulting from improper sealing, maintenance, or use outside product guidelines.
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Unauthorized modifications;
- Alterations;
- Disassembly;
- Repair attempts by unauthorized persons; or
- Use of non-approved replacement parts or accessories that contribute to the failure.
Commercial and Rental Use
Bixpy products are designed and warranted for recreational consumer use only.
Products used in commercial operations, rental programs, fleet operations, guide services, instructional programs, or other revenue-generating activities are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless expressly authorized by Bixpy in writing.
External Causes
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Fire;
- Flood;
- Lightning;
- Saltwater corrosion beyond normal expected exposure;
- Acts of nature;
- Transportation damage;
- Improper packaging during shipment; or
- Other events beyond Bixpy’s reasonable control.
Battery-Specific Warranty Information
Lithium battery performance naturally declines over time and through repeated charge cycles.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal capacity reduction resulting from ordinary battery aging and usage.
Damage resulting from improper charging, misuse, unauthorized modification, puncture, impact damage, or failure to follow battery safety instructions is not covered.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact Bixpy Customer Support at www.bixpy.com/support.
- Provide proof of purchase, product information, and your details.
- Provide photos, videos, and/or a description of the issue.
- Follow any troubleshooting instructions provided by Bixpy, if applicable.
- If a return is required, Bixpy will provide return authorization instructions.
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused. Bixpy reserves the right to inspect and test any product submitted for warranty evaluation before approving a claim.
Shipping and Service Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Customers are responsible for shipping products to an authorized Bixpy service location.
- Bixpy will determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution for approved warranty claims.
- Bixpy may cover return shipping for approved warranty claims at its discretion or where required by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are packaged appropriately for shipment. Damage occurring during transit due to inadequate packaging may not be covered.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bixpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use a product, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or damage to other equipment.
Bixpy’s total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights protected by law.
International Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, your statutory rights relating to defective, non-conforming, or faulty goods are not affected by this Limited Warranty.
Where local law provides rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or limited, those rights and remedies remain available and shall prevail over any inconsistent provision of this Limited Warranty.

- Description of the issue; and
- Photos or videos, if available.
As part of warranty servicing, Bixpy reserves the right to make changes in design and improve upon its products without obligation to install these improvements in any of its products previously manufactured and sold. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement, and/or restocking fees.
Return Authorization Required
There are limitations on shipping lithium-ion batteries, and Bixpy will not accept service returns without prior arrangements. Please contact Bixpy for details on how to deal with defective products at support@bixpy.com or 1-866-249-7910.
Bixpy is not equipped to handle walk-in traffic at its headquarters in San Diego. Even if you are local, please do not bring your product to Bixpy offices unless you have made prior arrangements.
