  • The Extended Service Plan is available when purchasing a new Bixpy motor, battery, or kit or within 30 days of purchase.
  • If not purchased in the same transaction as your Covered Product, please send an email with your Order # and the Serial Number of your Covered Product to info@bixpy.com to ensure your Plan is attached to the correct item(s).
  • Electronic component coverage begins on day 366 (after the 1-year manufacturer warranty), extending your peace of mind for another year.
  • Physical damage and loss coverage begins on delivery.

Coverage Examples

⬥Fully Covered Repairs include:

  • Failure of electronic components (e.g., control circuitry, connectors, internal boards) under normal use.
  • Failure of the watertight seal due to manufacturing defect, not due to handling or use.

⬥Discounted Repairs include:

  • Damage caused by fishing line, weeds, and other debris.
  • Accidental damage from handling (drops, other physical damage).

⬥Catastrophic Damage/Loss Coverage includes one replacement event per covered item during the plan term, at 50% of the current product price at time of replacement.
