Motor Refresh Package

The Bixpy Motor Refresh Package provides customers with the option to refresh and tune-up their working Bixpy motors or batteries.  

The Bixpy Motor Refresh Package includes:

• Full diagnostics and testing
• Replacement of small parts susceptible to wear & tear
  
• Changing or servicing of all o-rings and seals as necessary
  
• Cleaning inside and out
  
• Testing in water and on test fixture
  
• Depth testing to ensure full seal
  
• Changing of damaged or bad connectors or connector wires
  
• Motor controller board upgrade for compatibility with PP-378 V4 and PP-768 Outboard Batteries. (Where applicable.)
• Return shipping to you once work is complete (USA addresses only.)

The Bixpy Battery Refresh Package includes:

• Full diagnostics and testing, including evaluating battery life
• Replacement of small parts susceptible to wear & tear
  
• Changing or servicing of all o-rings and seals as necessary
  
• Cleaning inside and out
  
• Testing in water and on test fixture
  
• Depth testing to ensure full seal
  
• Changing of damaged or bad connectors or connector wires
• Return shipping to you once work is complete (USA addresses only.)

When placing your order, please provide your motor and/or battery's serial number in the Customer Notes section at checkout. Once we have received your order, we will follow up with you within 1 business day to provide you with next steps to begin your Refresh process.

NOTE: If your motor does not work, please submit a support claim by clicking this link: Support Ticket. Once we have reviewed your submission, we can provide you with options for getting your motor repaired and/or replaced.
