Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Bixpy Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) sponsored by Bixpy LLC (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible.
Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on December 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2025(“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Entry instructions will be provided via Sponsor’s official channels, including but not limited to websites, email newsletters, and social media accounts.
Limit: One (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries by the same individual may result in disqualification.
Automated or bulk entries, or entries through third-party services, are prohibited and will be void.
4. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package (Retail Value: $100:
Bixpy Gift Card (ARV $100)
Total ARV: $100
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
A winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Entry Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected winner will be contacted via email and required to provide proof of U.S. residency, age, and legal name within 3 calendar days of the notification.
If the winner does not provide the required verification within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
This process will be repeated for up to three (3) total attempts. If no eligible winner successfully claims the prize after three attempts, no prize will be awarded and the Giveaway will end without a winner.
Winner may also be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release prior to prize delivery.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Sponsor will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner’s U.S. mailing address at no cost.
Sponsor and FeelFree Kayaks are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss of prize during shipping.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or technical malfunctions of any kind.
9. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
