As many of you already know, we have been shipping out Bixpy Jets feverishly over the past few weeks and we have now fulfilled most of our pre-orders and even shipped out some new orders! We love hearing from users and love seeing people getting creative with the installation of the jets on their kayaks!

If you have not received your order or a tracking number from us, it's most likely because we are waiting to hear back from you to confirm an address, finalize a payment or choose a product preference. Please make sure you get back to us with our inquiries so we can ship out your product as soon as possible.

2. www.bixpy.com/faqs is where we answer many of the questions we commonly receive. Again, this page is also frequently updated as we get new and interesting questions from our users. So please check it often.
