Motor Refresh Package

The Bixpy Motor Refresh Package offers the option to refresh and tune up existing Bixpy motors.  

The Bixpy Motor Refresh Package includes:

• Complete diagnostics and testing
• Replacement of parts susceptible to wear & tear
• Changing or servicing of all o-rings and seals as necessary
• Cleaning inside and out
• Testing in water and on the test fixture
• Depth testing to ensure a complete seal
• Changing damaged or bad connectors or connector wires
• Motor controller board upgrade where applicable
• Return shipping to you once work is complete (USA addresses only)

Please read the contents of the package and the disclaimers below carefully. 

When placing your order, please provide the serial number of your motor in the Customer Notes section at checkout (if your serial number is not legible, please contact us). Once we receive your order, we will follow up with you within one business day to provide the next steps to initiate your Refresh process.

If purchasing a Bixpy Power Pack as well (like the PP-378 or PP-768), you will need to provide the serial number of the product that it will be replacing. 

NOTE: If purchasing a Power Pack via this Refresh Package with a Buy-Back discount, you agree to discard the battery products for which you have submitted the serial number. We will no longer accept those products for repairs, replacement, recycling or upgrade. Please discard or recycle all Power Packs in accordance with your local regulations.
